Job Summary: Designs and implements internal and external web pages and applications. Converts documents into HTML or other complex programming language.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Represents Odawa Casino Resort in the most positive manner with internal and external guests to satisfy service expectations. Interacts effectively with a diverse group of guests and Team Members, learns and uses operating practices of the department and the organization.

Responsible for designing, developing and maintaining the web content including optimization of the website for search engines on a daily basis.
Designs and implements clear and effective web pages.
Designs and performs functionality and navigation testing and prepares technical validation documentation.
Works closely with IT and Marketing on hosting, style and design approach for web-based projects.
Must be able to complete several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Responds to a variety of web/design related requests across all departments.
Performs all other duties as assigned within the scope of work.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, graphic design or related field and 3-5 years prior experience as a web developer. Frequent travel from building to building and local in-town travel required. Occasional out-of-town travel required. Flexible with work hours. Must be able to meet Odawa Casino Resort internal training requirements and be able to obtain a gaming license in accordance to the regulations established by the LTBB Gaming Regulatory Commission. Must maintain confidentiality at all times. Pre-employment drug testing will apply to all selected applicants receiving an offer of conditional employment.
