CONTACT: ODAWA CASINO RESORT ANNOUNCES REDESIGNED WEBSITE
Odawa Casino Resort, owned and operated by the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians announced today the immediate launching of its totally redesigned website. The site, www.odawacasino.com, was completely rebuilt to reflect the rich earth tones and north woods-based architecture of the building, as well as the cultural heritage of the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians. “This is more than an update; it’s a brand new look for us. Just as our casino is completely unique from any other in the state, our website now accurately reflects the quality, warmth and casual sophistication that appeals to the residents of our local communities as well as visitors from more metropolitan cities. Our casino provides an overall experience that goes far beyond slots, table games and restaurants. One look at the website and you get an immediate feel for just how beautiful this premier destination is,” said Sean Barnard, General Manager of the property. Website visitors will find it easier to discover weekly promotions and events, find their favorite slots, and learn how to play table games. They can get detailed information on the casual to gourmet restaurants and get a glimpse of upcoming entertainment. A web promotion is planned for Optimum Rewards members who visit the site each day in March. “Today’s customer wants easy online access and the ability to plan an evening or a getaway with friends and family. With our new website, visitors can quickly make reservations at the Odawa Hotel, Sage Restaurant, sign-up for the Optimum Rewards players club and learn about meeting and group facilities,” Barnard added. Director of Marketing, Phil Gonzales acknowledged the talents of Maxwell + Miller Marketing Communications in Kalamazoo and Stone I.G. of Ann Arbor, MI who were responsible for the design and programming, saying; “The challenge we gave these creative people was simple. This has to be the best casino resort website in Michigan, and clearly they delivered. We couldn’t be happier”. Owned and operated by the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians, the $140 million Odawa Casino Resort replaced the original Victories Casino. The Petoskey resort opened in June, 2007 with 1,500 slot machines, 30 table games, several restaurants, a nightclub and a 137-room hotel. |
