1. Guests must be 21 to enter.

2. Guest must be present to win unless otherwise stated and must be an Optimum Rewards Players Club member to qualify for, participate in, and win all promotions and drawings.

3. Maximum of six (6) entries per person, per day.

4. Employees of Odawa Casino Resort and employees of LTBB Gaming Board of Directors and Regulatory Departments are not eligible.

5. Immediate family members of employees and household members who reside with the employee are not eligible for insurance paid promotions.

6. Family members of employees are eligible for casino paid promotions.

7. Winners are responsible for all income and applicable taxes and fees associated with their prize unless otherwise stated..

8. Tournament chips will be used in all table tournaments unless otherwise stated.

9. Buy-ins are non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

10. All promotions end at 11:59pm on last day of promotion unless specified otherwise.

11. Odawa Casino Resort management will have the final ruling in any disputes over prizes, conduction of contests, and other issues that may arise during the event.

12. These rules can and will be amended from time to time without prior notice.

13. Odawa Casino Resort is not liable for misprints and errors in advertisement.

14. Illegible registration slips or slips that do not meet registration criteria will be voided.

15. Cash options will be offered at the sole discretion of Odawa Casino Resort.

16. Airline tickets and trip vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

17. Odawa Casino Resort will not be held responsible for guests who have health problems and take part in events that could cause an aggravation of those health problems. It is the guest's responsibility to inform casino management of a health condition prior to participation.

18. If a guest's name has been announced in a drawing and that guest does not respond within the allotted time, the guest's name will be discarded from the drawing as soon as the next name is announced.

19. Odawa Casino Resort reserves the right to modify or cancel any and all casino promotions and associated prizes at any time without notice.
